I'm the person who answers all the writing, ghostwriting, and book-industry questions around the internet. I've been doing it since the invention of "www." Before that, I did it in front of writers groups, guest lecturing at universities, and in book-store workshops everywhere.

In all that time, people have been asking me the same questions:
